Miki is extremely patient and friendly! She'll answer any enquiries you might have, and though delivery time isn't very quick, it was reasonable for an overseas order(Brunei to Singapore).

Preorder process did take a little longer than anticipated, but Miki's very prompt in her replying my emails whenever I start bombarding her with the preorder status.
She's always very patient with me, and i'm definitely looking forward to her new stuff!
